I bought a AWG-M100 with a combi bracelet on ebay recently. Thought I'd give a quick review.
For whatever reason many of the g-shocks that have radio time sync with no Bluetooth often skip some of the offset time zones like St John's or Rangoon, etc. The 5230 module covers most of the offset time zones save for Eucla, Lord Howe Island & Chatham Islands.
Anyway, it has the typical Casio features - perpetual calendar, 5 alarms, stopwatch, world time, LED (orange). count down timer and radio time sync of course. While I understand Casio's move to Bluetooth over GPS - I much prefer radio or GPS so I'm glad Casio is still making radio time sync watches. I don't want my watch to rely on my phone. I've had no trouble with getting WWVB single here on the east coast (USA).
There's no seconds hand but the bottom LED is dedicated to secs in time mode.
The combi bracelet has metal links that connect to the polymer H links. I'm pretty sure this is the original version - I think an updated version is all polymer. The stamped metal clasp has 4 micro adjusts - too bad it's not on the fly. I have a single link out but the micro-adjust all the way in - that was the most comfortable sizing for my 7.25" wrist. I've only had this watch for a couple of weeks and the finish on the clasp is already showing wear. The watch weighs about 95 grams on the bracelet. Overall the bracelet is pretty comfortable.
The guy who sold it to me on ebay neglected to tell me that he couldn't get spring bars properly seated which is a MAJOR pain - see pics on the chewed up case getting those spring bars to seat.
There is one big caveat. It's hard to read in low light. Maybe it's the dial layout but that orange isn't sufficient to illuminate the dial, simply isn't bright enough. Also the red hour hand is harder to see in low light as well.
This is a very good watch with the exception of low light readability - your eyes may not have this issue I may pick up a GAW-100 as it has the same design & features but it's larger and has a white LED which should correct the readability for me.
