I just ran across this site. I think this is very cool and I love what they can do to a Rolex. I do not own a Rolex and never have, and I'm not sure what the Rolex aficionados think of this. For all I know this might be Rolex blasphemy, but the PVD with blue face looks real cool to me.
LOL, yep I saw that last week. One of the pics looked pretty good and the other didn't look right because of the gloss finish of the bezel and the flat finish of the PVD.
I've seen a lot of custom dials and changes I like but I understand why some don't like anything that doesn't come from the factory. Different strokes. If it's your watch you can do what you want.
Interesting site but almost impossible to tell how the watch will turn out. The site needs to provide real photos by professional photographers. Like Rolex.com, which has terrific photography (but is one of the worst websites on the planet).
I kinda like it all blacked-out but I'd never do such a classic timepiece like that. Not to mention warranty work is probably out of the question after that treatment... I dunno, to each his own.

^^ I doubt that you could get what you paid for them in the short term, but I bet you could sell them for more than a standard, second-hand Rolex. JMHO though.
