Be careful when dealing with James Baker he agreed to purchase a watch from me and we entered into a deal. He then said to ship the watch to his brother (different name) then sent me a third party Cashiers Check signed over to me. When I returned the check (I am an attorney who used to specialize in banking law) because of all of the problems associated with third party checks especially Cashiers Checks, he back out of the deal.

I noticed this post and just want to make it clear I am not the JAMES BAKER referred to in this post. The names are similar but I am not the same individual. I posted a complaint in this forum yesterday and don't want folks confusing me with him. For clarity I am a JAMES BAKER but not THE JAMES BAKER in question. I live in Meridian Idaho and have no brothers.
