There are some great youtube videos showing RW Smith making dials with an antique rose engine. Amazing stuff. It's no wonder he makes only a handful of watches a year.

Pretty much any Breguet dial mesmerizes me. Also, many of the Chronoswiss dials too - really like the Delphis.

I'm not big on sunburst dials in general but this one is pretty dynamic. sadly it's hard to show off a sunburst dial properly in a still photo.
