I have just started calling up some Tissot dealers around Melbourne
for prices on a Tissot PRC200 watch, from what I gather they the RRP is $625.00 I was wondering if anyone has purchased this watch for a better
price from a retail shop from Melbourne VIC Australia?

Almost every store will do a discount of some degree, though most make a habit of not giving the best price over the phone. This is generally just good practice.

Watches of Switzerland on Collins St will have a decent range and offer a reasonable price. Also check JR Duty Free (ask for Jerry, say I sent you) to see what they can do.

Once you're in the CBD you will be able to shop around and beat them down a bit. Not unusual to get 15 to 20% off RRP minimum... more if you're lucky.
