It should probably have at least 100M water resistance.

I don't know. You will have to provide more specifics when it comes to your metrics other than just the water resistance should be 10 BARs.

I've changed my philosophy on everyday watches over the last couple of years as society gets ever more casual in dress. Before I'd try to get the dressiest looking yet sports watch that I could find. The above mentioned OP39 would basically be the absolute epitome of my old thinking.

Nowadays, I prefer an everyday watch to have some useful "everyday" complications, as it's a watch I'd wear frequently. A date would be a near-must, and an additional complication or some kind of timing mechanism would be great.

So my first pick for OP would be the Omega Seamaster 300M with white dial. Works on both bracelet and strap (heck a lot of ADs will throw in the strap).

If a GMT is more your speed, I'd consider something like the GS Mt. Iwate dial.

Traska. Hear me out on this one.....an every day watch will likely take a beating and their scratch resistance makes it a perfect fit for that.

If not then an Omega Aqua Terra or a Snowflake.

Since the mainstream options have been highlighted, I would probably come up with a less obvious variant, although a little on a dressier side - IWC Portofino 39mm Chronograph, which I think is exactly at 6k

I enjoy wearing my white faced Breitling Colt Ocean a17350. I find it to be a nice sporty dive watch that can be dressed up or down without issue.
