Just back from 2nd service during the 20 years I have owned it.

Pleased to have it back - massive difference when hand winding (really smooth now), I think with the larger size crown you can really feel the difference.

Thanks Richard Askham at The Watch Spot for a pleasant service.

Glad you're pleased with the work. I recently had some warranty work done on my DG and the chimps at the service centre left oily rags in it and chewed up the back a treat. I can't see me paying out of my own pocket to send an Oris to them.

That was my biggest concern,I don't mind a delay waiting for service, I don't mind paying for service, but I hate any substandard service.

I have had other watches serviced and been disappointed (dust under glass etc), so it was a worry sending it off.

I could not fault this service - kept updated, finished when quoted etc.

I thought about using Oris uk service but googled mixed reviews.
