I don't like them but I have no reason to hate them. I think the skull thing is a little played out already but I do like how they incorporated the sub-dials.

It's not my style but I wouldn't call it ugly. There is definitely a market for them.


I assume the three crosses (X X X) on the skull are inspired by Ajax Amsterdam. A soccer club for the ones wondering. After every 10th title you get a star on your jersey, and a couple of years ago they have finally won their 30th championship and therefore were rewarded with their 3rd star.
