Hi All,

I'm new here and i was wondering if any of you could recommend a good book about learning watch movements. It's not that i want to become a watch repair person but i just want to learn more about watches, to understand what the jeweler is telling me or when meeting other watch fans.

Any recommendations are welcome.

Best Regards,
Vectar

There are also a number of good videos on this topic on YouTube as another resource.

Just got this book "Watch Repairing as a Hobby" by D.W. Fletcher. First chapter is all about how a mechanical watch works.
