I've been looking at the Breitling Premier Automatic 40 which has a listed movement of the Breitling Caliber 37 in it. There is not a date on the dial, but this page has a date complication listed for this movement. Is this a case of the date complication not being "used" with Breitling not putting a date wheel & window in the watch?

Movements have design/complication choices that are selected at the time a watch is being created. Famously the 7750 has maybe 20 to 30 functional configurations to consider during the creative process when bringing a new watch to market. So the omission of the date complication is all in a day's work for the design team in this case.

For those interested in a deep dive/safari on the 7750 complication jungle...
