Dad came across this Accutron at a pawn shop recently, which they were asking $100 for the watch. The watch was keeping excellent time. This is a pretty good price for an Accutron in very good shape with a great dial/hands...but the only question is:

Does anyone recognize the logo on the dial? I can't seem to identify it precisely.

(Appears as a shield with a knight on a horse carrying someone... but I could be wrong.)

We didn't even think to look at the company because it appeared more...stoic...or something. Ha.

Thanks, AbslomRob!

Now the question is...some of these watches were turned into spaceviews at the retailer. Off the top of my head I've never looked into it: is it possible to make any of these models into a spaceview? Hmm..he might enjoy that more, but not sure yet.

To what end? As an all-original Accutron 214 (even with the engraving and custom dial), it's worth more in its current condition then it would be if you bodged it into a second-rate "Spaceview".
