Mine on a Sailcloth strap from IWantAStrap.com. I liked the perforated strap it came on, but I needed an intermediate hole and the strap design wouldn't allow it. These sailcloth straps from Singapore are nice, but they do need some curl conditioning before you can wear them.
Here's my new arrival on black Horween with steel gray stitching I made myself.
I'm not thrilled with how it turned out (backside is pretty rough looking), but it will do until my Hadley-Roma Kevlar strap gets here.
Overall I'm very impressed with the watch, love the blue AR on the sapphire when it catches light at the right angle. Ed did a fine job with this project and I'd highly recommend it to anyone wanting to own the look of a historical military timepiece without dropping 3-5 grand on the genuine article. Although wearing this bad boy might just have inspired me to do exactly that somewhere down the road.
