Looking to expand into the wonderful world of Omega, as the Planet Ocean caught my eye some time ago. I've found myself a used one at a decent price, yet the paperwork seems a bit unclear to me.

- There is no original purchase receipt (not too terrible)
- The warranty card is entirely blank except for the Jeweler name stamped 'BEN BRIDGE'

Given that, I'm guessing any warranty is no longer available?

Many dealers (my favorite AD included) do not fill in the movement number and date of purchase on the warrany cards.

You can ask the seller when the watch was purchased and use that for the date. The movement number should be on the 7:00 lug.

With this info you can complete the warranty card and Omega will honor it.

Many thanks John, just needed clarification on the matter. The watch looks great and matches the paperwork, the warranty was my main concern.
