If they would just put the explorer bezel on the OP, I would have a keeper, too.
As it is, it's just about the most original in ethos to the rolex origins.

The Latin title rex has the meaning of "king, ruler" (monarch). It is derived from Proto-Indo-European *h₃rḗǵs. Its cognates include Sanskrit rājan, Gothic reiks, and Old Irish rí, etc. Its Greek equivalent is archon (ἄρχων), "leader, ruler, chieftain".

The watch that I hope and imagine will always remain with me is my Rolex Submariner 114060.

This Sub was my my first ‘decent’ watch, bought in 2014 just a few months before my Dad passed away.
It was the only watch in my little collection that he ever got to see.
