Does anyone know anything about this watch?
I'm considering purchashing it, however, I'd like to know a little more before I do.

Approximate Dimensions
34mm diameter
41mm lug to lug
18mm lug width

Welcome to the forum,

The watch looks like a genuine article to me. Probably from 1960's, Tissot caliber 782? manual movement. The crown should have the "T" sign but I can't see it from the photos you provided.
You should ask the seller for an image of the dial without the scratched plexi so you can see what it's really like. There is also a post here you can read about Tissot Seastar:

I fix these all the time and are nice watches. This one actually looks a lot like a PR-516 and is probably the same model before it became the PR-516 or in a region it wasn't sold.
