What is the difference in these? Manufacturing? Movement? Overall quality?

I know that the Must de Cartier is typically lower in price.

Thank you,

I don´t see any differences in manufacturing and quality. Must de Cartier is just a model line, to be concrete: 21 must de Cartier, like Tank, Santos, Donna de Cartier, Pasha, Roadster and others. Call it the entry model line.

Yup; the "must de" is their entry level...usually gold plated. Then there is the "standard" line, with Models, such as Tank, Roadster, etc. These are available in stainless, all the way on up to 18kt w/diamonds...more for cosmetics and show, than quality of internals. Hope that helps; have an older must, a vintage 18kt Louis Tank, and stainless daily Francaise. Good luck!
