Last member of this vintage DW-Oh Oh group has arrived few weeks ago (DW-003). Since I got time today, I have decided to get a family shot.
If you are not familiar with this vintage line, DW-002(RED), DW-003(Green), DW-004(Blue) have similar design style over all but beauty is in their details.
This line is dear to me as DW-002 is my first G-SHOCK (my first digital watch) and it was love in the first sight. I love the beefiness, the heavy case design and interchangeable nylon strap.
Even after years, G-SHOCK continued to surprise me. I was surprised to find out my latest addition DW-003 is physically smaller versus DW-002.

I LOVE this series and hope you will too. If you have not yet into G-SHOCK vintage collection, I hope one day you do.

Very cool group pics. The 002 is also special to me b/c it was my first G. When looking for another one over 10 year later I was always disappointed because everything I found was "too small." Prior to the King and other than the Frogman, the DW002 was probably the biggest G shock produced. The 7900 compares to it in size, which is why I immediately fell in love with that model. I was very surprised at how "small" the 003 was when I received my first one. But, it quickly grew on me and I really like that model now as well. Congrats on a cool set!!
