So, I'd been wanting an Orient Mako for about 2 years, but I found myself really needing the reliability of quartz, for time keeping. I found the EF-340 at costco for 99.99$. It's not listed on the site. EF340SB-1A1V - EDIFICE - Mens, Womens, Ladies, Digital, Analog, Watches | CASIO America, Inc. It's a really nice watch for the price, relatively simple dial, not too sporty and tough solar. It's got day, date and 24hr subdials. I'll post pics when I have the chance, but I'd recommend it.

I'm no expert, but it seems to have solid end links. Also, the whole watch has got a nice weight to it. I was turned off a similar looking watch at the Fossil outlet because it seemed almost weightless.

Also of note, it's got a stamped crown and bracelet. Edifice logo on the crown and buckle, with the word "Edifice" on the buckle too.

Nice!! I haven't seen one of those at the Costco near me. The only Casio they have had recently is a black AMW-320.
