I have purchased a Casio gba 800 for my husband as he wanted a watch with a step tracker. I have tried everything to get it to connect to his iPhone se and it doesn’t find the watch. I have downloaded the G-SHOCK connected app and tried pressing button d numerous times. The phone is switched to Bluetooth and the Bluetooth symbol flashes on the watch. Yet it won’t connect. I have been at it for an hour now and don’t know what else to try other than throwing the watch at the wall. I am pretty good with IT But can’t crack this. Any suggestions thanks

Is your iPhone visible via Bluetooth? Check the settings.
Is this the only smartphone around able to pair with the watch?
Have you selected the proper model of the watch in the app settings to pair?

Yes it’s visible as my iPhone will find his and vice versa. I downloaded the app on my iPad and that would have connected. I realised I probably didn’t connect all the allow notifications and connections pop ups on the phone so maybe that’s why. Will try again tomorrow. Thanks
