Hi, I'm new to the site, I was hoping someone could help me. When I am in the atomic receive menu, both the manual and auto receive buttons are not working. When you want to perform a manual receive you usually press the Alti button for 2 sec and then the watch should start receiving. The same story for when you want to toggle the auto receive on or off, you press and hold the adjust button and you should enter the toggle menu, in my case nothing happens. It's as if those two buttons don't work in the atomic receive menu. I should clarify both of those buttons work perfectly well in any other menu or screen, it's only in the atomic receive menu where the buttons don't do anything. The weird part is, in the receiving menu it says the last successful receive was on 14/12/2021 at 06:14. I first received the watch on 20/12/2021

Cheers

You appear to be posting from South Africa; the time signal towers the watch is looking for are only located in the northern hemisphere. Perhaps in the total absence of a signal, the watch disables the feature entirely, I would check the instructions.

I think you are absolutely spot on. I played around with my home city settings and changed it to Tokyo and the buttons worked in the receive menu (obviously not being able to receive a signal). Thank you so much for the assistance. Even though I won't be able to make use of the multiband 6, at least I know my watch is not faulty.

I would do some searching, I think there are other devices that the Multiband 6 can receive from, maybe phones. I only have one Multiband watch and live near a tower, so I haven't looked into it much, but have seen threads talking about these watches in other parts of the world.

I will look into it and see if there is a way around it. Thank you.
