I know it's meant to be worn with a navy alligator leather strap, but what are some ways that can dress down the Skyflake a bit? Do you think a stretch fabric option like Erika Original or Nick Mankey may work? What about canvas from Redrockstraps? Or rubber straps from Barton? Actually the lug-width is 19mm, so I'm not even sure whether those options may work.

This watch looks amazing with the high polish in videos and even more so in pictures such as the one attached.

That is a beautiful looking watch and black leather is about as dressed down as I personally would want to go with it.

Not sure leather is what you are looking for when dressing down, but I like the more casual look of this Bark and Jack strap on my seamaster and GS GMT. Less formal than a croc or traditional leather.

I first had it on the Navy perlon, but it was too blue. The Cognac leather gets the most compliments and I have not changed it for several months now.
Got a Bond Nato this week, will switch it up to that sometime soon.
