Hello guys,

I've inherited a beautiful Certina Blue Ribbon automatic date watch. It's presumably from the 70-80s.

Unfortantely its bracelet has to be repaired. I guess it misses some parts, like springbars or other stuff to hold the clasp in place.

Here's a photo of the watch.

Would you guys be so kind to help me where could I source the needed parts from?

Appreciate any advice.

Hi,

If springbars are the only issue than it's an easy fix, You could do it yourself or take it to watchmaker
Thanks I see it's just that. Was gonna do it myself, just gotta find the special parts needed. But might be more efficient to hand in to a watchmaker as the movement probably should be checked anyway.

Yes it seems that you need a pair of spring bars.
