Changing battery for CORE and VECTOR

Also, I've just realized that Vectors use 2430s instead of 2032s, DAMMIT.

I was thinking along the lines of this for "enablers":
1. Coin to remove cap
2. Dielectric gel for waterproofing/o-ring moisturizing
3. Q-tip to lightly apply the aforementioned gel on cap and o-ring
4. Replacement batteries

Am I missing anything?

Nope, spot on. I wear some nitrile gloves (just a bit anal about getting skin moisture etc on the battery). The coin works for me. I also use some whiteout to draw a line across the rear case cap and the case. I note what position the mark is when the cap comes off and replace it at that point and screw it back on. It should then line up with the original mark (same number of turns to get back). This way i try and maintain the same pressure. I used to pull the O ring out and run the gel around it, however it was often difficult to get the O ring back in properly. I leave it in and lightly clean the O ring with the bud as well as the internal thread. Then use the bud to gently lubricate the O ring. Just take care not to use too much. It actually really helps with screwing the cap back on. I also try to do it on a clear day with low humidity (so I don't get moisture inside the watch). Good luck
