Can´t judge if they are legit but if I remember right there was a 399 $ offer. If the movement was swiss - not problem to get a COSC certificate.

I´ve seen the M8340.8.D8.1 retailing for $949. Here in Germany the prices are from 720 to 790,-- Euro. Recently one was sold for 750 Euro (nib).
