Thanks, but why would i care (and pay) for leather exterior?
Here's one of my autos on my cheapest (and only!) winder:

It also has a leather exterior, but I didn't pay for it (although my parents may have ...).

It does CW, CCW, variable speeds, never needs batteries, doesn't have to be plugged in and is totally silent.

It is, indeed, the best "Bang for the buck" winder there is. BTW, I have two of them, but rarely use both at once. ;-)

I recently purchased a Swiss Legend single watch winder from Shark Stores for $39 and also did not know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised and am very happy with the purchase.

It runs off of AA batteries or AC and has 3 different settings for the type of movement you want and 3 different settings for the number of turns per day. The thing that impressed me the most was how quiet it was.

Shipping from Shark Stores was very fast, too.
