It’s not easy. I used a few methods to do a yellow gwg-1k, and it came out a lot better but not 100%
first i used a paste of baking soda and vinegar, and let it it sit on on the band for a while before brushing with a toothbrush.
then i tried toothpaste and a toothbrush. Each step got it a bit cleaner. And finally, i let it sit overnight in ketchup, this helped a bit as well.

Are you referring to the matte yellow resin from, for example, a G/GW-6900? The yellow will pick up more color transfer from clothes, dirt, grime, and oil from skin. Not necessarily from the color but the texture. The best way is to not wear it with long sleeves. But barring that, all you can really do is use dawn or other liquid soap and a tooth brush and do the best you can to clean it.

You still haven't clarified what you mean by "cleaning." Removing surface contamination? Removing color contamination? No pictures of the soiling. I mean you post a ton of WRUW photos, but no photos of the watch you're actually asking a question about?
