I have a Suunto T6 that does a great job tracking the total elevation change on hikes and rides. Will the Core do this also?

Bt this, I don't jut mean the difference between the low point and the high point. If the hike or ride goes up 100', down 50', up 1000', down 2000', up 230' then I'd like to know that the total up was 1330' and the total down was 2050'.

Thanks,
Rourke

If you have logging enabled in alto profile than yes. It will even display a fun graph, but not as nice a graph as baro mode.

Not really. The altimeter log graph uses the top lines of the display, whereas the barometer graph uses the middle lines. The altimeter graph is smaller.
