I had come across this pic of a recent speedmaster caseback on the infamous ebay that i was curious about. The seller has 100% positive feedback. This particular caseback did not have the seamonster but just an omega symbol and word. I have not seen this before. Is this correct or is the incorrect caseback installed? If correct what year would it have been produced?

I have seen this case back on a few of the reduced Speedmasters before. I believe it is correct (would really have to see it from the inside to know 100%) and was intentionally left blank to allow room for engraving.

FWIW - I have had several transactions with this seller and all have been flawless:-!

Yes, this is an older Speedmaster Reduced and the back is correct.

Thanks for the info. I am slowly searching for a preowned Speedy and would like to make sure I have all my info correct.
