If the caseback is stainless, it is not a solid gold case.

If you can get the caseback off, there will be both a caliber identification and a serial number. The serial number can date the movement... my guess is the 50's.

If you contact Longines, they can tell you from the serial number when the watch was shipped and to whom and in what kind of case.

We do not do valuations... but even Longines ladies watches from the 50's do not sell for a large amount of money. eBay can give you an idea what that amount would be.

Welcome and I hope that helps!

Caseback numbers do not normally correspond to movement serial numbers. Only the serial number on the movement is definitive.
