Hi, we are the team at Crown & Caliber, an online retailer of luxury watches based in Atlanta. We got our start in 2013, and haven't looked back.

Currently, we stock over 2000 watches that range over 40 plus brands. They fall into a variety of categories including dress, dive, pilot, racing and more. We have a team of 11 watchmakers, technicians, and refinishers that authenticate and performance-test every timepiece that comes through the doors. They then complete any needed service and cleaning or polishing (only if necessary and never on vintage) before the watch hits the website.

Our office is nestled just outside the city with a gorgeous view of the woods surrounding the Chattahoochee River. Though we don't have a showroom, we do take a few client appointments, and our client services team is available by phone during the week to answer questions or guide customers through the sales or purchase process.

So how do we work?

Well, there are two ways you can work with C&C.

The first is pretty obvious, which is purchasing a watch with us. You can search the site by brand or model, and can refine to dial colors, bracelet sizes, and a host of other options.

Once you find your watch, we take care of the rest. We offer free shipping, and the watch comes in its own watch roll for storage purposes, as we all as includes any other accessories or box/papers that were included in the listing.

If you get the watch home and don't love it, that's ok. We have a 7-day return policy and cover the cost of return shipping. Also, every watch comes with a 1-year warranty, so if it has an issue you can send it back and our watchmakers will take care of it.

At C&C we don't just sell watches we also purchase them.

So, if you are looking to trade-in or trade-up your watch, we can help. Just fill out the online quote request form, and we can make you an offer. Our offers are cash, or credit for trade-in. Once you send your watch in (we pay for shipping) for authentication and testing, we will verify your offer, and if you are satisfied then great! If not, we will ship the watch back to you on us.

Much like you, we love watches. So, take a peek at our selection (there's no harm in looking)…

And as always, if you have any questions, let us know!

Be careful out there. It's my understanding that when water skiing on the Chattahoochee you can be ticketed for not wearing your cowboy hat.

I've enjoyed your website for some time now. Lots of tempting goodies! Like the songs says, "Talking about watches and dreaming about women. Never had a plan, just a living for the minute..."

I was personally scammed by this unethical business. Unfortunately, I didn't do my research first and fell prey to one of their well-known and pervasive frauds.

Please look at their poor reviews at the Better Business Bureau along with the complaints - they are separate actions and the BBB only lets you choose one.

Unfortunately, sites like Yelp hide the bulk of submitted ratings on this business, the majority of which outline the various frauds and scams crownandcaliber frequently employs. Please read the reviews at the link found at bottom of the reviews on yelp - link titled "177 other reviews that are not currently recommended." These are the hidden reviews that highlight some of the company's most egregious behaviors - the sheer number and frequency of frauds and scams would be shocking to most. That is besides the company, which at best, seemingly allows a culture of errors and lax quality controls. The more likely explanation is that fraud pays and they are able to charge their victims a higher price than they would if they dealt honestly.

Whenever confronted after being caught red-handed, the company takes a few approaches. They outright lie about the situation and their desire to remedy the wrongs. I don't know that I have spoken to someone at the company who hasn't lied to me to my face. They minimize or make light of their misdeeds and intentional misinformation campaigns. They also attempt to justify blatantly unethical practices. In short, they do everything possible to show no remorse and to defend their immoral behaviors.

I've had folks at the company defend their false advertising practices because they falsely advertised on a site other than their own. They disagreed that false advertising is wrong if they do it on another site to lure their victims back to their own site. I never imagined a company would forcefully defend its ability to falsely advertise across the web.
cool story

Just an FYI for anyone looking to sell ANY watch; as of the 18th of this month, Crown & Caliber is NOT giving cash for watches, but rather, their own gift certificates for watches. I just found this out the hard way, sent them a watch last week, and according to the guy on the phone this morning, I should've seen a pop-up on my computer screen indicating as much, but I don't recall ever seeing a pop-up telling me that I'd only be paid in a gift certificate; had I seen it, I certainly wouldn't have bothered to ship my watch to them. So I'm waiting for them to ship it back to me. He claims it's because the market is soft right now.

I just sold a watch to them last week. Got the check in the mail yesterday. I must have just made it. That is the third watch I have sold to them and every time it was a flawless transaction. Even their customer service treated me well one time when I called.

I bought my Carrera through C&C in Atlanta and had a great experience and a great price too?
It came in better than described also, I'll be back C&C!

I've been to the office but didn't have an appointment. Can I view and try on watches if I set an appointment? I'm in the market to buy.
