Hello watchfans,

My speedmaster has been sent to the Melbourne service centre four times and it's still displaying the same fault. I want to complain to the Omega head office, but their website uses a form rather than an email address.

I want to include some attachments (photos and previous emails) so the form is not suitable.

Does anyone know of a customer feedback email address?

Thanks muchly,
Peter

Thanks Brisman, I'll give that a try.

Joeuk: The chrono doesn't reset properly. It often returns to either 29.5 or .5

They even returned it to me, reset incorrectly. The watchmaker who last tested it didn't seem to notice. I've returned in three times after the initial service and it hasn't been fixed.

In addition, there's now marks to the paint of the hands.

This is ridiculous. Sent in four times and still the same fault. On a luxury item. It beggars belief.

This is the sort of thing I was ranting about recently.....so many bad reports coming from the Melbourne service centre.

Touch wood I shouldn't have to send in my newish watches for a few years yet, but when the time comes I've more or less already decided I need to send it direct to Switzerland. I would kick myself if I sent it to Melbourne and got it back with dial stains/other problem, and I already knew there was a danger of it happening, based on numerous similar reports I've read from other unhappy customers.

I know you probably can't be bothered doing it, but if someone were to complain via email to the Omega Head Office about problems they've had when sending their watch to the Melbourne office, and also paste in several other bad reports from this forum, then it might make Head Office wield the big stick.

Completely unacceptable from these clowns.

I think they need to retrain those people in Australia, see too many bad reports. If enough of you make complaints they might start to do something about it, lets hope this does not put you off this classic piece, this should be an easy fix.
