I have been looking for a watch that can deal with two time zones, and quite like the Tag Heuer Carrera Twin-Time.

However, I have also come across a watch on eBay which is being referred to as a "Carrera GMT". It seems to have the same configuration as the Twin-Time (2 time zones, 39mm, date at 3pm, etc), but I can't seem to find out anything more about it, or how it differs (if at all) from the Twin-Time.

Can any of the Tag experts shed any light? Examples of the 2 watches in the links below.

Many thanks for any information.

Fairly certain the "GMT" is a reissue throwback to an older Heuer design and thus smaller. I also suspect narrower lugs and a different deployant IIRC although shows the same one in that picture, I wouldnt take that to mean much though as the picture also shows that deployant used with a strap it was never intended for...

I would also add that I think the Twin Time has a cleaner design but Im clearly biased...

Thanks, Drez.

I also ended up buying a Twin-Time, so I applaud your taste :)
