Difference between F91-W and W-59-1VX?

From my research, I looked back at old Argos catalogs, and it appears the W series watches are deemed "sports" and the F series watches are "casual" watches. The only thing making the W series watches "sport" is the 50m Water Resist. Clever marketing to sell more watches!
