Hello out there. I am new to the forum. I have been wearing the same mechanical watch for the better part of 24 years. It's a Vostok
Komandirskie that I picked up while I was in the Soviet Union in Nov 1991. It's a great watch and still keeping excellent time. But the dial is fading and the watch is difficult for me to see because my eyes are not what they use to be. I have been looking around and have found the Seiko SNZH55 that I find to be a good looking watch and probably big enough for me to see to tell the time and date. I checked at the local jeweler and discovered that Seiko has discontinued this particular model. Does anyone know the reason why? Is it a good watch?
