I'm just getting into divers after about 12 years of being a WIS! My main focus has usually been brands. But just recently I realized that regardless of the brand, the watches I've worn the most consistently have always been diving watches with rotating bezels.

So now I'm discovering the world of divers, with its micro-breweries and its great history. Part of this fascination is the orange minute hand. I really like it! I'm just guessing, but where was this first introduced? On the Ploprof?

I believe the Omega ploprof was the first use of an orange minute.......but Eddie Platt's Dreadnought released in 2003 is often credited as being the first "micro" diver.
First micro to use the orange/white combo plongeur hands.
