Just for a bit of change I've started turning my bezel to different positions and leave it there for a while.

Changes the look a little. I usually leave it on 15, 30, or 45 when changing.

Anyone else do this?

When I turn it to actually time something, I tend to forget it and fix it later.

When I turn it just to play with it, I always fix it after.

Nah. I always "reset" my bezel to top dead center position.

OCD is the reason.

I use the microwave timer for household timing. Has a pretty good beep at the end. Of course once it goes off I have to remember what I was timing.

Oh for sure - when I'm annoyed with myself I flip it 180 degrees. Punishment arrives when I try to strap it on next day...

I use the bezel a lot for timed events but always return it to the top when its done. My OCD won't let me leave it be.

I generally try the bezel when I first get a watch and then never touch it again.
I actually have two diver's on which I never turned the bezel even once...

I wore my Monta Oceanking when my daughter was born. She was born at 10:48am so this piece’s default is the 48 minute mark.

I intentionally do not buy watches with numbered bezels because when I am not using it as a timer, it has to stay at the top of the hour or my OCD will trigger.
