I tend to change mine quite a bit. If its hot i'll need it a bit bigger than when its cold. Some times i prefer it a bit lose other times not. I don't think that any of mine have stretched at all. Its more that my wrist can be a different size at times

I agree, I tend to do the same. The climate has an impact on my wrist size as well.

I don't mess with mine much. I always wore bracelets before so the straps are so comfortable to me that once it's on my wrist, I'm good to go. If I ever get another bracelet, it better be amazingly awesome.

There's some I alternate between 2 holes, and some that always feel fine on the same hole.

I always have to adjust. Sometimes I have my Riseman on the 4th from the end, and when its blazing hot outside, I put it on the 3rd from the end. Yes, I have big-fat-fatty wrists;)

 wow, your wrists must be indeed rather big. I wear my GW-9200 either on the 7th. or 8th. from the end depending on climate. but even on the 8th. its not overly thight.

Yeah, me too. My wrists seem to be a bit swollen in
the morning, then as body temperature, and climate
change, they get a little smaller. I have to do the same
with all my watches, not just G's

I agree as well... while it does not stretch at all it does get curved a bit to the shape of the hand after a while...

I was going to ask about this, too. Is it possible that my wrists are larger before I eat and smaller after I eat? I know it sounds crazy, but my watches seem to fit differently based on when I ate last.

I also toggle between the 3rd and 4th holes on my Riseman 9200. I have broad hands and wrists -- and when I'm in a relatively fat-fatty stage (like now) they're even broader.

I find that the weather, the time of day, even how hydrated I am can have an effect on wrist size.

Like others, I tend to wear it one notch looser when hot/sweaty/in the summer.

It is also true that while the resin doesn't stretch, it gets bends over time to conform to the shape of the wrist. This has the effect of making it less "springy" on the sides so it gets more comfortable over time.

That is technically possible - a lot of blood goes to your digestive system after eating.

Here's an interesting trick for you guys to try: Bend over at a 90 degree angle, and swing your arms back and forth for awhile, fast. You should be able to loosen your watch by at least one notch after that.
(Alternatively, do some weightlifting, or go for a 2-3 hour + walk).

+1 I always loosen my g shock when I go to the gym, otherwise I notice it fitting very tight about 20 mins into the workout. Mostly Weightlifting.

water retension, diet changes, weight fluctuations-stuff like that. Yeah, I end up adjusting all my watches during a week sometime-bracelets, resins, and Zulu's. *shrug* it happens.
