A former co-worker of mine is also a licensed pilot. He is looking for a watch that seemingly can "do it all" - he wants an altimeter, thermometer, chronograph, GMT, and digital calculator. I pointed out some pilot models I've seen with the slide-rule dials, but he insists on the digital calculator. I've found several watches that have everything else but the calculator. Does what he's looking for actually exist?

The calculator does it in. There're some late 80s early 90s digital Casio calculator watches but the small buttons and small display are ergonomic nightmares, esp. for the cockpit.

My suggestion? A cell phone, but its not allowed in the cockpit no?

I don't think a PRACTICAL example of what he's looking for exists. Just not enough real estate for a useful calculator on a 40 odd mm diameter area, unless the calculator can read your thoughts.
