Does Rolex make a rubber strap for the gmt master 2?

I don’t think so. But companies like Everest and Rubber B make rubber straps for Rolex models. I personally don’t like the look of them; they’re flush to the case but don’t look like they bend naturally around the wrist. But you can try them out if you’re willing to put up around two bills.

Rolex doesn't do rubber straps, so you'll have to go aftermarket. Besides the aforementioned brands, there's also Bonetto Cinturini. It's of good ol-fashioned vulcanized rubber and not the oily silicone rubber, with a slight vanilla scent added to offset perspiration odor. They're made in Italy and they're around $50 including a clasp, but I think you might be able to use your own clasp as long as the lug width is right.

I can vouch for those. But if the OP wants something that fits flush, the BC won't cut it.

BCs tend to taper 2mm, so you would need an 18mm buckle or clasp.

After speaking with the Beverly Hills RSC, my understanding (and I could be wrong) is that the Yachtmaster with the Oysterflex strap features the same lug hole orientation as the versions on bracelets. Meaning it should be possible to switch any modern Yachtmaster from bracelet to Oysterflex and back again. This also means that any other Rolex with the same lug hole orientation as the Yachtmaster should work with the Oysterflex.

That said, I do not know if the Yachtmaster and GMT IIc feature compatible lug hole orientations.

With Rolex, that is often a weird and counter-intuitive thing, honestly. For instance, my DaytonaC and SubC are compatible, and bracelet swaps are easy... Even though they feature markedly different case shapes, sizes, and lug design. But my DaytonaC and Explorer 39 Basel are not compatible, despite the fact they are nearly identical with regards to case shape, size, and lug design.
