A poor redial, at best. If it is actually an Omega watch the crown would be a replacement.

More likely gold fill if not solid, given the apparent period of manufacture, but the markings inside the case back (if Omega) or outside would advise the case material. There may be brassing showing on the tops of lugs, but not definite from these pics.
