The Orion Calamity is somewhat close to "dress diver" if such thing exists 
It DOES have 15 / 30 / 45 on the bezel, but it is fairly clean looking, and most importantly, is fairly thin. (less than 12mm thick). It has a curved sapphire caseback and wears incredibly thin.
Pretty much fits in your budget as well.
