New watch day!

Thank you all for the great suggestions.

Today I have taken delivery of a Certina DS PH200m (2020) and I could not be happier 😊

I was apprehensive about the 41mm case size (plus a slight bezel overhang) being too big for my 6 1/2" wrist but i think it seems to fit me well.

For those that were interested about the decision, I was eventually enticed by:

• Certina brand history
• Certina Double Security (DS) concept
• PH200m is a modernised re-issue in 2018 and again in 2020 (introduce in 1967)
• Value proposition (Ceramic bezel, AR sapphire, ETA Powermatic movement, Certina quality as above, 20mm lugs and vintage design.)
• MOST importantly, how it made me feel when I tried it on.

I just need to resize the bracelet and I'm good to go!

This is exactly what I was looking for 😍

That's a very good choice; it's like a modern interpretation of the milsub with personality.

What does "square" mean in this context? I'm new to watches, so I apologize for the ignorance.

Nothing to do with watches, just standard English,

make compatible; reconcile: I'm able to square my profession with my religious beliefs.
