I think this is French - certainly not Swiss:



The movement looks similar to some Lorsa calibres, but if anyone can ID it I would be grateful. No markings under the balance.




Mikrolisk gives Electra as a brand by Paul Serin of Paris, but there is also a Swiss Electra. It was described as being French. Its working fine and cost me £5.50 - new crystal and strap since fitted.;-)

Save some watches for the rest of us. By the time my slush fund gets replenished you will have bought all the good vintage watches.

Actually, I've been selling a few recently - as per negotiations with my wife.;-)

But I do like getting new ones. I guess its an addiction.:-(

Sounds like we married similar women. Mine doesn't like shopping, either.

My daughters, on the other hand...ye gods.
