So I did find some information on my pocket watch...It was manufactured in 1909, number 548 of 1000 produced that year, 15 jewel, grade 312, class 109 size 16s, code h3n6p. It seems to be in a 25 year gold filled CWC Co. case. It has been sitting in the safe since my father in law passed 20 years ago and started back up fine. What kind of upkeep does it need?

Nice heirloom watch.

You ask "What kind of upkeep does it need"?

If you intend to use then you should have it serviced by a watchmaker as the old oils
will have dried and will no longer be protecting the pivots from serious wear.
If it is kept safe, dry and unused then it needs no further upkeep.
