Two pocket watches have come available. Don't usually pursue these items but I haven't seen many Elgin dials like this. Is it something worth looking into? The other is a a South Bend..described as Studebaker style. Only pix available at this time.

A nice looking Montgomery dial with 24-hour numbers added. (With the poor photo, it is hard to be sure how nice the dial is, if it's original, or if the 24-hour numbers are original.) Any determination on whether the watch is 'worth looking into further' will depend on the movement, which you don't have photos of. The dial adds some value but certainly doesn't determine the value of the watch.

There are other Elgin Montgomery dials posted here and I'm sure I remember reading that the one's with the 24 hour markings were made mostly for the Canadian Railroad, if I remember correctly.
The movement will tell if it's RR grade
