Not super knowledgeable on compressor cases... does my Enicar have one? It has the cross hatched crown and the lugs on case back but no diver helmet? TIA

The case-back will probably have markings to indicate the "open" and "closed" positions.
I wish I could read the case back. It is very worn or polished (shaved?). I can read some of the markings on the very outside but they are very faint. I can make out stainless and 100/216Ba... something. The serial number and Enicar is clear.

OK, but sometimes there is a line, or two lines, that you line up with a mark (or little arrow) to indicate when the case is in the closed position. It's not important, the case is obviously a super-compressor.
