What a stunningly unique timepiece. Eterna has such a rich history in watchmaking. Kind of sad to see how they're now just a shell of their former self. If you go to their website you see such a limited selection of uninspired designs. This watch would be a prime candidate for a re-issue, and would likely garner the brand a lot of renewed interest in the community.

Thank you SunsetSheen :)

Well, of course, there's always the KonTiki(s)

… and the Heritage 1948 :p

(reminds me of my GP)

One model I really, really liked was the 1935…

… a real beauty (can't possibly imagine why the stopped making it :-s )

Re: ETERNA 'Centenaire' • Milanese

that is definitely a unique piece. Real square corners rather than rounding them off. Great piece. Always a sucker for vintage stuff myself.

Thanks baraj1466 :)

I'm super pleased to finally be able to get one… for some reason, Longines and Eterna are really not so easy to obtain second hand (for a fair price).

Amazing photos, what a lovely piece. Posts like this inspire me to be more imaginative. I'm suprised at the versatility, this looks great on everything.
