Four main take-aways:

1. EZM1 has the Lemania 5100 movement (no longer available to non Swiss watch makers) and is a chrono.

2. EZM1 is all titanium.

3. EZM3 has Argon gas where the EZM1 does not.

4. Oh and the EZM1 comes in some special ZUZ military designs and costs a small fortune...

Hope this helps

There is one more crucial difference: The EZM3 has special antimagnetic protection to 80'000 A/m, the EZM1 does not.

Man, those EZM1's are amazing!! I wish they would make the EZM3 with a chrono and Ti...that would be a sweet watch even if it didn't have the Lemania 5100 movement.

The EZM3 has an inner soft iron case as well, giving anti-magnetic shielding for up to 80,000a/h and is water resistant to 500m, and has a 'normal' diving bezel. The EZM1 doesn't, is WR to 300m and has a countdown timer bezel (and non-screw down chrono pushers which require a little care not to push if diving if you don't want to flood your watch). I love the EZM1, but it's a bit thick at 16.5mm. Having said that, if I saw one for sale, I'd consider buying it!
