Factory straps

I really like the factory supplied black calfskin strap that came on my watch. I wonder who else likes the factory straps? I have had custom straps and they are nice, but this seems just as good as something I would pay a maker 125-200 for. Why does the company charge so much for stock replacements? Because they can? Seems their pricing is so high for a strap…here is mine. Been thinking of getting one with white stitching and maybe slight padding too…any verdict from the gallery?
