I mentioned awhile back that I suspected my Bergeon screwdrivers from Amazon to be fake due to the poor quality and the completely undressed tips - rough, with some chips, etc.

I intentionally ordered from eBay and just received a copy, not sold as Bergeon but rather with a Chinese name, of a Bergeon 5700 watch back opening bench tool and found something pretty funny inside. It included a completely faked Bergeon 5674 holder vise!

I'm pretty sure they didn't buy Bergeon parts to put in the $100 kit.

It makes a lot of sense on their part...

Put a stamp, sell for 3x more. Is a win win... (for them).

I seen fake Bergeon screw removers in eBay and fake hands pullers.

For Bergeon I just buy from ofrei or esslinger.

My main case opening tool is a 'fake' Chinese sticky ball - I wouldn't be without it. I believe Bergeon now sell one, for those that want to spend more money: apparently it's Swiss made ...LOL.

The fakes do not perform effectively.
